I've completed my Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator requirements. It sounds like I've reached some new pinnacle of Certification, but its just the replacement for the MCSE.

The drought in work and its impact on my finances have brought me to accept the need to sell my 1962 Dodge Lancer. I had reluctantly offered it for sale in August, but wasn't really ready to sell and was asking for top value for it. Now that I'm serious about selling the bottom has dropped out of the classic car market and its going to take a long time to get a reasonable price for it.

I purchased the Lancer in 2006 when I was more optimistic. The first car I owned was a 1962 Plymouth Valiant, which is idenitical except for the front grille. I've had to leave the car on the street (under a cover) in the Winter, and off street parking is financially out of the question for the forseeable future. I've also got a Smart Car due for delivery in May, with a car payment, I can't see being able to pay for classic car repairs in addition. For driving in the City the Smart can park in half the space of the Lancer, I just wouldn't drive the Lancer very much.

The job market has been really slow. Maybe I haven't been looking hard enough, but I haven't gotten many interviews since the position at the Mortgage Lender in Marlton ended. Thankfully Josh, whose consulting firm I used to work for has been really busy and brought me in to help with some client projects. This has been great for both the money and being able to work on some upgrades and deployments of Windows 2008 Server, Hyper-V, Terminal Services, and Exchange 2007 out in live environments. Even for the relatively small environments Josh is supporting (the largest Exchange 2007 environment we're working on has 15 current employees and is looking at some expansion) we've had to do a few interesting things. Due to having only one external IP address and wanting to use https for OWA and a TS Gateway (which they're using so employees can access their desktops, not a TS), I had to relocat OWA to an alternate port.
